A new lease of life was given to the penthouse with the transformation of the interior architecture. The elegant interior, which includes the creation of a plush cinema room, centres on an airy open-plan living, dining and kitchen area where spaces effortlessly flow into each other. The emphasis was on creating sociable areas that interconnect beautifully and that are zoned. Curated furniture placement, lighting and rugs delineate the open plan rooms. The classic design stands the test of time and centres on sumptuous, elegant furniture and opulent finishes, that bring indulgence into the space. The design was tailored specifically to the clients, with careful consideration of home automation, styling and art curation.

Set high above Singapore’s coastline, Seafront is a complete luxury penthouse renovation designed to maximise light, space and connection to the extraordinary views beyond. Occupying an expansive four-bedroom penthouse, the project required a full transformation of both the interior architecture and furnishings, creating a home that felt refined, effortless and deeply personal to its owners.

The brief centred on creating a sophisticated family residence that balanced elegance with comfort. Existing layouts were reconfigured to improve flow throughout the home, allowing the living, dining and kitchen spaces to function as a cohesive environment while maintaining clear zoning and purpose. Every intervention was carefully considered to enhance both functionality and the experience of living within the space.

Drawing inspiration from the surrounding sea and skyline, the design adopts a calm and timeless aesthetic defined by natural light, luxurious materials and carefully curated furnishings. Bespoke joinery, integrated home automation, tailored lighting schemes and commissioned artwork were combined to create an environment that feels both highly personal and quietly luxurious.

A dedicated private cinema, reimagined master suite and fully redesigned bathrooms further elevate the experience of the home. Throughout the project, the emphasis remained on creating a sanctuary that feels connected, elegant and enduring — a contemporary penthouse interior designed specifically for modern living in Singapore.
