We work alongside the client’s appointed contractor and specialist consultants, providing independent creative direction and design oversight rather than tying the project to an in-house build solution.

Before a material is chosen or a finish specified, we resolve the spatial plan — how rooms connect, how light moves through the property, how the indoor spaces relate to the outdoor terrace and pool area. This architectural foundation defines everything that follows.
Once the spatial design is confirmed, we move to material selection. Our sourcing network spans European stone suppliers, bespoke joinery manufacturers, custom lighting specialists, and furniture makers who share our commitment to craft. Every material is chosen for how it performs in Dubai's climate, how it ages, and how it contributes to the overall design narrative.
During construction, our involvement is defined around the needs of the project and agreed appointment. Design reviews, key site inspections, contractor coordination and client reporting help protect the approved intent while construction responsibility remains with the appointed contractor and consultants.
